The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the travel desk was great, providing useful information and support for exploring the area. the housekeeping staff did a good job in keeping the rooms clean and tidy.
The rooms were not up to standard, with dirty interiors and unclean showers. the noise level was unbearable, especially at night.

We loved the specially veg breakfast provided on request by the restaurant. The hotel facilities including the swimming pool and gym were great. We appreciated the availability of free parking space, which is not common in other hotels. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a metro station just 2 minutes away and various supermarkets, cafes, and shops on the nearby Al Rigga Road. Additionally, the hotel provided a transfer to the beach every morning, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Al Mamzar beach.
